<p>I LOVED your Book…awesomely helpful…..I am 61 yrs of age and running my first Marathon (luckily no Time Limit) …sure it will be Hot but we are funding a family Holiday as our “children” who are spread all over OZ </p>

		<description><![CDATA[I am a Minneapolis runner who regularly trains outside in the winter.  My allergies are usually an issue in spring and summer, so running outside in winter is a blessing.  I have never had an issue with the cold up to -15F, although I haven&#039;t completely mastered the skill of dressing warm for the first three miles while my body warms up vs the last 5-7 miles when things get warm.  The only thing that keeps me inside are icy footing, and sometimes Yak Tracs are a great help in those conditions.]]></description>
